Charm Studio runs three central Bucharest locations — around Piața Unirii, Piața Victoriei, and Piața Universității — plus additional offices in Spain and the UK, and is a certified LiveJasmin studio. New models are offered a guaranteed €1,500 a month for their first three months while they build an audience, on top of a 50–70% commission split. The studio runs two 12-hour shifts a day, works under a stated fully legal contract, and puts new hires through its free "Top Model by LiveJasmin" training program. Charm requires conversational English and accepts models aged 18 to 35, and says over 100 models currently work across its three Bucharest locations.
